Nevertheless, you have the option for a refund or exchange if an item presents a major problem. This includes situations where:
- The item has a flaw that would have deterred someone from purchasing it had they been aware.
- It poses a safety hazard.
- It differs significantly from the sample or description provided.
- It fails to perform as we assured it would or as you requested, and this issue cannot be easily rectified.
In the event that the problem is not deemed major, we will undertake to repair the item within a reasonable timeframe. If the issue persists and the item remains unrepaired within a reasonable period, you are entitled to choose between a refund or replacement.
For ease of processing, we advise you to retain your proof of purchase, such as your receipt, as this will facilitate any necessary transactions.
