At QuickFit Wardrobes, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. Our sliding wardrobe doors are built to last, and we back that with a comprehensive warranty for your peace of mind.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for all QuickFit Wardrobe door products, including:

  • Mirror sliding wardrobe doors
  • Vinyl sliding wardrobe doors
  • Gyprock sliding wardrobe doors
  • Combination door systems
  • Tracks, rollers, and hardware components

Warranty Period

All QuickFit Wardrobe products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials under normal use and conditions.

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation not carried out by a qualified installer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Damage caused by environmental factors (e.g. excessive moisture, impact)

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@quickfitwardrobedoors.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect.
  3. Our team will assess your claim within 3–5 business days and advise on the next steps.

Where a valid warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the affected product at our discretion, at no cost to you.
